How do I change the date and time on the phones?

With the handset in the cradle, dial 9800, enter date, press the # key, enter time, and press the #key.

How do I access my voice mail?

Press the voice mail key, the * key, and enter your mailbox number. The system will then prompt for your password.

How do I change my password on my mailbox?

Press your voice mail key, the * key, enter your mailbox and current password. Select #4 for personal options, then select #3 to change your password. Follow voice prompts.

How do I change my personal greeting?

Press your voice mail key, the * key, enter your mailbox and password. Select #4 for personal options, then select #2 to change your greeting. Follow voice prompts.

My calls no longer transfer in to voice mail if I don’t answer.

To correct this, press the ‘special’ key and dial 354 with the handset in the cradle. If this does not correct it, please call in for assistance.

Intercom calls are automatically going to my speaker phone. How do I change it so that the call continues to ring until I answer it?

With the handset in the cradle, press the ‘special’ key and dial 319.

How can I program a station speed dial number at my phone?

With the handset in the cradle, press the ‘special’ key and dial 383. Select the location to store the number, enter name, press the # key, enter number, and press the # key again.

I can’t be heard / the other party can’t hear me.

First, default your phone by pressing the ‘special’ key and dialing 394. If this does not resolve the issue, try replacing your handset or your handset cord. It the issue is still not resolved, please call in for assistance.
